Is it hard for you to find time to eat breakfast in the morning? If your answer is yes, then I have found the solution: overnight oats! Overnight oats are the perfect way to ensure you eat a good, nutritious breakfast to help you power through your day.
You simply soak the oats & additional ingredients in an air-tight container overnight in the fridge and grab them before you head out the door in the morning.
Oats are loaded with nutrients: fiber, protein, magnesium, potassium & omega 3 fatty acids. Not only do they taste good, but they will make you feel even better, keep you full and give you a natural boost of energy.
The recipe below is for all my chocolate lovers: Chocolate Almond Overnight Oats. They are the perfect combination of salty & sweet, it seriously feels like you're eating dessert for breakfast, who doesn't love that?! No complaints here.
