This recipe is for all my chocolate lovers! These Chocolate Brownie Bliss Balls will fulfill any chocolate craving & the best part is they are filled with wholesome, nutritious & delicious ingredients: walnuts, cashews, dates, flaxseeds, cacao powder & oats.
They are extremely quick & easy to make. By making these, you set you up for a week filled with snacks & desserts ready to eat on the go.
One of the main ingredients in these bliss balls is walnuts. Walnuts are a nutritional powerhouse! They contain omega-3s & other healthy fats that benefit your brain & heart, which we all need. Walnuts support blood sugar regulation, insulin response, fertility as well as reduce inflammation in the body.

Ingredients you will need:
15 medjool dates, pitted (soak the dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then drain the water)
1 cup oats or oat flour
1 cup raw walnuts (soak the walnuts in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain the water)
1/2 cup raw cashews (soak the cashews in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain the water)
1/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
Recommended Toppings:
unsweetened coconut flakes
cacao or cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Add the soaked dates, soaked nuts, cacao or cocoa powder, flaxseed & vanilla extract to a food processor or blender & blend until smooth consistency. Stop to scrape down the sides as necessary.
2. Place batter from the food processor into a large bowl & add oats or oat flour. Stir until all combined.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. It should make about 16 balls.
4. Roll a few of the balls in coconut flakes & a few balls in the cacao powder until evenly coated.
**Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
